WORKPLACE DESIGN AND REFURBISHMENT

A great office refurbishment project for a wonderful organisation.

ORIGINAL PROJECT:
The Orders of St John Care Trust asked us to space plan, design and refurbish their ground-floor regional office in Oxfordshire. The project needed to maximise the available space and create an open-plan working environment with collaborative and hot-desk areas, in addition to more private areas that could be used for training and meetings.

FOLLOW-ON PROJECT:
Following the successful refurbishment of the Orders of St John Care Trust’s ground floor office, we returned to transform the first floor into a social, cohesive and adaptive working environment.

The new floor now accommodates 8 meeting rooms and a training room with full height office glazing to maximise natural light and acoustic privacy.

A striking office breakout area and multifunctional spaces encourage collaborative working and combine with full height office storage, new male and female WC’s, a shower room and fully featured desking systems to meet the individual needs of the client’s evolving working environment.
